[PRE - EXTENSION INDIA] Day 1 DELHI

On arrival at Delhi airport our representative will meet to pick you up and transfer to you Hotel approx 10 AM and A , For fresh en up and after breakfast @ 11:30 checkout the hotel and you may proceed to Delhi Local Sightseeing .
Enroute enjoy the view of India Gate, and Parliament House and move to the important Monument.
The Raj Ghat: Built in memory of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who is revered as the Father of the Nation, Raj Ghat is a marble platform where he was cremated on January 31, 1948. Lying on the banks of the Yamuna River, Rajghat is fringed by lush well-manicured lawns that are dotted with trees.
Red fort : The Red Fort Complex was built as the palace fort of Shahjahanabad – the new capital of the fifth Mughal Emperor of India, Shah Jahan. Named for its massive enclosing walls of red sandstone, it is adjacent to an older fort, the Salimgarh, built by Islam Shah Suri in 1546, with which it forms the Red Fort Complex.
Humayun Tomb: Constructed in 1547 CE, it is the tomb complex of Isa Khan Niyazi, an Afghan noble in Sher Shah Suri’s court of the Suri dynasty, who fought against the MughalLater on proceeded to Agra.
The Qutub Minar: The Qutb Minar, is a minaret and “victory tower” that forms part of the Qutb complex, which lies at the site of Delhi’s oldest fortified city, Lal Kot, founded by the Tomar Rajputs.[3] It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mehrauli area of South Delhi, India.[4][5] It is one of the most visited tourist spots in the city, mostly built between 1199 and 1220.

6:30 early morning reached take mystic view of The famous Taj Mahal during the Sunrise – The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river in the Indian city of Agra. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan (reigned from 1628 to 1658), to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

Agra Fort: Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. The Agra fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site.It is about 2.5 km northwest of its more famous sister monument, the Taj Mahal.
And after enjoy the local market for shopping .

Reached Fateh pur Sikri @ 1: 30 to 2 PM : Fatehpur Sikri is a small city in northern India, just west of Agra, founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. Red sandstone buildings cluster at its center. Buland Darwaza gate is the entrance to Jama Masjid mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti. Diwan-E-Khas hall has a carved central pillar. Jodha Bais Palace is a mix of Hindu and Mughal styles, next to the 5-story Panch Mahal that overlooks the site.

Proceed you will drive to the pink city of Jaipur after lunch or , On arrival check into your hotel @ 9:30 approx . Stay overnight at hotel in Jaipur .

Jaipur local Sightseeing. After breakfast visit the Amber fort, built in 16th century, enjoy an elephant ride at Amber. Drive past the Hawa Mahal-a Palace of winds , Jal Mahal .

8 AM Amber Fort : Amer Fort or Amber Fort is a fort located in Amer, Rajasthan, India. Amer is a town with an area of 4 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi)] located 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Located high on a hill, it is the principal tourist attraction in Jaipur. Amer Fort is known for its artistic style elements. With its large ramparts and series of gates and cobbled paths, the fort overlooks Maota Lake which is the main source of water for the Amer Palace.

City palace : Located deep within the walled city, the City Palace Complex was conceived and built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur. A beautiful fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture, the palace is still home to the last ruling royal family which lives in a private section of the palace.
Jantar Mantar : Jantar Mantar is a testament of the architectural brilliance and astronomical innovations of the Rajput era. Built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II – the founder of Jaipur city, the monument was completed in 1734. Maharaja Jai Singh II was a great scholar and had keen interest in astronomy.

[EXTENSION JAPAN] Day 1 OSAKA

 

Upon arrival at Osaka Kansai International Airport, you will be picked up with your luggage to begin a tour of Osaka city. We will visit the famous streets of Dotombori and Namba, where you will see the spectacular neon signs, enjoy the shops, and taste delicious street food. After the tour, we will head to Kyoto, where you will be staying.

[EXTENSION JAPAN] Day 2KYOTO

We will have an exciting tour of Kyoto city. Our journey will take us to the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine, known for its thousands of red torii gates. Next, we will visit the magnificent Kinkakuji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, with its stunning gold leaf exterior. We will then explore the serene Bamboo Forest in Arashiyama, where you can walk through towering bamboo groves. A lunch break will be included to enjoy some local cuisine and relax before continuing our exploration of Kyoto’s rich cultural heritage.

[EXTENSION JAPAN] Day 3NARA

We will tour the city of Nara. We will visit the famous Nara Deer Park, where you can interact with the friendly deer roaming freely. Next, we will explore the historic Todaiji Temple, home to the Great Buddha statue, one of the largest bronze statues in the world. After our visit to Nara, we will return to Kyoto to take a bullet train to Tokyo, where you will be staying.

FAQ

Will I need a passport and visa for this tour?

  • Every traveler will be required to have a passport to attend this tour. Your passport must have a VALIDITY of at least 6 MONTHS from the date of your return home. If you do not have a passport, or it will expire sometime before the above listed requirements, please apply for an expedited passport now to make sure you have it in time to register.
  • If a visa is needed for this tour, we will let you know in advance – and will guide you on how to get the required visa(s). You will be responsible for obtaining and paying for your own visa(s), if they are required for you tour.

When are payments for this tour due?

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE deposit/first payment of $450 per person is required with the registration, this should be done as soon as you decide to register, in order to secure your space. The second payment of $1,000 per person is required by 7 months prior to the trip (September 1, 2024), a third payment of $1,000 per person is required 5 months before the trip (November 1, 2024) and the fourth and final final payment of the remaining balance on the account is due 4 months before the trip (December 1, 2024).  Credit Card payments have a 4% handling fee.  A late fee of $75 will be charged if the payment is past due.  If the trip is not paid in full 4 months before the trip, your spot on the trip and your airline ticket will be subject to cancellation.
  • Single supplement costs are due up front and must be paid in full to secure your single supplement room.

What happens if I need to cancel my tour after I register?

  • Deposits are always non-refundable and non-transferable, no matter how far in advance the cancellation is requested.
  • This is a trip with promotional prices, which means your cancellation can affect the size of the group and its cost. Therefore, we may charge cancellation fees as follows:
    • Up to 6 months previous to the trip = Deposit + 40% of amount paid
    • Between 180-100 days previous to the trip = Deposit + 80% of amount paid
    • Up to 99 days before the trip = Deposit + 100% of the amount paid
  • All late fees are non-refundable.
  • Only written cancellation requests will be considered.
  • Name changes up to 180 days previous to the trip will be considered with a $200 change fee. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate name changes but will do our best.

Does this tour include travel insurance?

  • This tour does NOT include travel insurance. We strongly suggest you purchase the insurance that is offered. If you do not purchase the travel insurance that we offer, please make sure you are somehow covered, as accidents and unexpected incidents can happen to anyone. Travel insurance does not cover preexisting medical conditions. We suggest adding the insurance at the time of registration, but the time limit to get the insurance is up to 45 days previous to the trip.

What are the terms and conditions I am agreeing to when registering for the tour?

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

  • If you would like to have a hotel room to yourself (with no roommate), there is an additional charge of $ 790 per person. If you do not want to pay the single supplement but do not have someone to room with, we will do our best to find a roommate for you. Single supplements must be paid in full up front.

Are we expected to pay gratuities on this tour?

  • Tips are not included in the trip payment, but THEY ARE MANDATORY. Tips are calculated at $9 per person per day for 10 days, which will be distributed among: the bus drivers, hotel staff, restaurant staff and guides. In each bus we will have an assigned person who will come to you to collect the $90. Please bring this money in USD, and have it ready to be collected on the first day of the tour.

Is there a dress code we need to follow?

  • We require a modest dress code, as to make sure we are representing the group well. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly. Within 2 months of the tour, you will receive a packing list from our team with all the details regarding items you may want to bring with you on the tour.
  • Temperatures will be cool while on this trip, so our packing list will include items to help in cooler temps.

What luggage can I bring on the tour?

  • You will be allowed one standard suitcase (up to 50 lbs.), plus one carry-on. The packing list that we provide will include items that should be in the carry-on bag.
