WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
The tour page lists all inclusions and exclusions for your specific tour.
The following items are not included on any tour: Insurance, Visas, Drinks/beverages throughout the tour, One meal per day, Tips/Gratuities, Additional Luggage, Upgraded flights (i.e. upgraded seating, specific airlines, specific routes, etc.), and any not specifically listed on the inclusions section of your tour page.
PASSPORT AND VISAS:
Your passport must be valid at least 6 months after your departure from the foreign country. It is your responsibility to verify if a visa is needed for any of the countries included. If a visa is required for your country we need to be informed so we can provide the needed documentation to secure a visa. If needed, you must process your visa with enough time.
INDIVIDUAL SUPPLEMENT:
If you chose an individual supplement for the hotels, there is an additional charge per participant. The tour page lists the cost of a single supplement. If you did not choose an individual supplement, we will do whatever we can to find you a roommate if you are not coming with somebody else. If we cannot find your a roommate, you agree to pay the additional single supplement fee.
LUGGAGE:
Each tour’s registration page will specify in the FAQ section what luggage is allowed for that tour. Please review all FAQs for your tour, as you agree to all details on your tour page when registering. You agree to not bring additional luggage, and understand that additional luggage will be left behind and transported home or discarded at the your expense.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
All reservations must be made directly through the tour’s registration page.
Each tour lists the payment schedule, late fees, additional charges, etc. You agree to follow the information on your tour’s page.
CANCELLATIONS AND INSURANCE:
This is a trip with promotional prices, which means your cancellation can affect the size of the group and its cost. Therefore, we may charge cancellation fees. Each tour lists the cancellation policy for that tour. You agree to follow the information on your tour’s page. Only written cancellation requests will be considered.
Name change deadlines and fees are listed on your tour’s page.
We strongly recommend that you get travel insurance. Travel insurance must be requested upon registration, or through the official form, and payment must be received in full by the tour’s deadline in order to qualify for insurance. Travel insurance does not cover preexisting medical conditions.
COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS:
Coupon codes and discounts may only be applied to eligible tours, promotions, or travelers as specified at the time the offer is provided and must be used before the stated expiration date. No extensions will be granted for expired coupon codes or discounts.
Coupon codes and discounts may not be combined with or stacked with any other offers or promotions, except for Early Bird Pricing. Early Bird Pricing may be combined with all valid coupon codes and discounts.
Unless otherwise specifically stated in the applicable tour contract, coupon codes and discounts do not apply to personalized, private, custom, or specially contracted tours. Any discount applicable to a personalized or private tour must be expressly included in the tour’s contract to be valid.
Discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the traveler(s) who meet the stated eligibility requirements. Ruaj Ministry reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse, revoke, or remove any discount that is used by an ineligible traveler, obtained through unauthorized means, duplicated, or otherwise misused.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, coupon codes and discounts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be applied retroactively to previous payments or registrations. Ruaj Ministry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any coupon code or discount promotion at its discretion in cases of misuse, error, or other circumstances requiring such action.
Terms & Conditions
RUAJ MINISTRY acts only as arranging agents for the suppliers of transportation, accommodation, food and other goods and other services provided to the participant of the tour, in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in this agreement.
All arrangements for transportation, accommodations and services are made on the express condition that RUAJ MINISTRY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind, occasioned by any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party, such as an airline, cruise line, train, hotel, restaurant, ground staff, etc., owing or supplying any goods or services for the tour. Without limiting the foregoing, RUAJ MINISTRY is not liable for any loss or expense due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, third party default, illness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity or for any other cause beyond its control. RUAJ MINISTRY expressly recommends the purchase of traveler’s insurance for the duration of this tour.
RUAJ MINISTRY reserves the right to change the tour itinerary without prior notice. If the tour is canceled for any unforeseen reason prior to the start of the tour, RUAJ MINISTRY shall have no liability beyond the refund of unused services, except for the deposit paid as stipulated in the Cancellations and Insurance section. RUAJ MINISTRY may increase the price of the tour in case of cost increases without prior consultation. RUAJ MINISTRY may refuse to accept or retain any tour participant as a tour participant at any time. If any tour participant decides to withdraw once the tour has started, or has to be expelled from the tour for improper, illegal or disorderly conduct; RUAJ MINISTRY will not make any refund of the unused portion of the remaining services. None of the deposits paid for the reservation of a space on the Tour will be refundable.
RUAJ MINISTRY is not responsible for obtaining entry permits, issuing visas or securing visas for passengers to the countries targeted by the Tour. RUAJ MINISTRY is not responsible for the exercise of national sovereignty in the denial, prohibition, or repudiation of entry of passengers by the customs authorities of the countries to which the Tour is destined. The transportation tickets issued by the air, sea or land carriers, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the passenger; RUAJ MINISTRY is not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time of travel related to air, land or sea transportation beyond the control of the organizer of the Tour. Any litigation related to this tour must be filed in the state of Ohio. Changes to the liability clause can only be made in writing signed by an officer of RUAJ MINISTRY. Deposits paid by tour participants indicate acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
Our world is in a continuous state of change and some of those changes may force RUAJ MINISTRY to alter dates, itineraries, program details and/or prices for some trips within the above mentioned tour without prior notice or authorization from the traveler. Where the need for such changes is necessary and meritorious for the completion of the tour, RUAJ MINISTRY shall not be liable for such changes.

SUPLEMENTO INDIVIDUAL:
Si seleccionó un suplemento individual para las habitaciones de hotel, se aplicará un cargo adicional por participante. La página del tour indica el costo del suplemento individual. Si no seleccionó un suplemento individual, haremos todo lo posible por encontrarle un compañero(a) de habitación si no viaja acompañado(a) de otra persona. Si no podemos encontrarle un compañero(a) de habitación, usted acepta pagar el cargo adicional correspondiente al suplemento individual.
EQUIPAJE:
La página de registro de cada tour especificará, en la sección de Preguntas Frecuentes (FAQ), qué equipaje está permitido para ese tour. Revise todas las preguntas frecuentes correspondientes a su tour, ya que al registrarse usted acepta todos los detalles y condiciones indicados en la página de su tour. Usted acepta no llevar equipaje adicional y entiende que cualquier equipaje adicional podrá quedar sin ser transportado y deberá ser enviado de regreso o desechado por su cuenta y costo.
RESERVACIONES Y PAGOS:
Todas las reservaciones deben realizarse directamente a través de la página de registro del tour.
Cada tour indica su calendario de pagos, cargos por pagos atrasados, cargos adicionales, etc. Usted acepta cumplir con toda la información y los plazos establecidos en la página de su tour.
CANCELACIONES Y SEGURO:
Este es un viaje con precios promocionales, lo que significa que su cancelación puede afectar el tamaño del grupo y el costo del viaje. Por lo tanto, pueden aplicarse cargos por cancelación. Cada tour indica la política de cancelación correspondiente a ese tour. Usted acepta cumplir con la información y las condiciones establecidas en la página de su tour. Solo se considerarán solicitudes de cancelación realizadas por escrito.
Las fechas límite y los cargos correspondientes para cambios de nombre se indican en la página de su tour.
Recomendamos encarecidamente adquirir un seguro de viaje. El seguro de viaje debe solicitarse al momento del registro o mediante el formulario oficial, y el pago debe recibirse en su totalidad antes de la fecha límite establecida por el tour para poder calificar para la cobertura. El seguro de viaje no cubre condiciones médicas preexistentes.
CÓDIGOS DE CUPÓN Y DESCUENTOS:
Los códigos de cupón y descuentos solo podrán aplicarse a los tours, promociones o viajeros que sean elegibles, según se especifique al momento de ofrecer el descuento, y deberán utilizarse antes de la fecha de vencimiento indicada. No se otorgarán extensiones para códigos de cupón o descuentos vencidos.
Los códigos de cupón y descuentos no podrán combinarse ni acumularse con ninguna otra oferta o promoción, excepto con el Precio de Reserva Anticipada (Early Bird Pricing). El Precio de Reserva Anticipada (Early Bird Pricing) puede combinarse con todos los códigos de cupón y descuentos válidos.
Salvo que se indique específicamente lo contrario en el contrato correspondiente del tour, los códigos de cupón y descuentos no aplican a tours personalizados, privados, hechos a la medida o contratados especialmente. Cualquier descuento aplicable a un tour personalizado o privado deberá estar expresamente incluido en el contrato del tour para que sea válido.
Los descuentos son intransferibles y solo podrán ser utilizados por los viajeros que cumplan con los requisitos de elegibilidad establecidos. Ruaj Ministry se reserva el derecho de verificar la elegibilidad y de rechazar, revocar o eliminar cualquier descuento que haya sido utilizado por un viajero no elegible, obtenido por medios no autorizados, duplicado o utilizado de cualquier otra manera indebida.
Salvo que se indique lo contrario por escrito, los códigos de cupón y descuentos no tienen valor en efectivo, no pueden canjearse por dinero en efectivo ni por crédito, y no pueden aplicarse retroactivamente a pagos o registros realizados anteriormente. Ruaj Ministry se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar cualquier código de cupón o promoción de descuento a su discreción en casos de uso indebido, errores u otras circunstancias que requieran dicha acción.
RUAJ MINISTRY actúa únicamente como agente intermediario para los proveedores de transporte, alojamiento, alimentos y otros bienes y servicios proporcionados a los participantes del tour, de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones establecidos en este acuerdo.

Sin limitar lo anterior, RUAJ MINISTRY no será responsable por ninguna pérdida o gasto ocasionado por retrasos o cambios en los horarios, sobreventa de alojamientos, incumplimiento de terceros, enfermedad, condiciones climáticas, huelgas, actos de fuerza mayor, actos de terrorismo, fuerza mayor (force majeure), guerra, cuarentena, actividad criminal o cualquier otra causa fuera de su control. RUAJ MINISTRY recomienda expresamente la adquisición de un seguro de viaje durante toda la duración de este tour.
RUAJ MINISTRY se reserva el derecho de modificar el itinerario del tour sin previo aviso. Si el tour es cancelado por cualquier motivo imprevisto antes del inicio del viaje, RUAJ MINISTRY no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad más allá del reembolso de los servicios no utilizados, con excepción del depósito pagado, según lo estipulado en la sección de Cancelaciones y Seguro. RUAJ MINISTRY podrá aumentar el precio del tour en caso de aumentos en los costos, sin necesidad de consulta previa. RUAJ MINISTRY podrá negarse a aceptar o podrá retirar a cualquier participante del tour en cualquier momento. Si un participante decide retirarse una vez iniciado el tour, o debe ser expulsado del tour debido a conducta inapropiada, ilegal o desordenada, RUAJ MINISTRY no realizará ningún reembolso por la parte no utilizada de los servicios restantes. RUAJ MINISTRY no es responsable de obtener permisos de entrada, emitir visas ni gestionar visas para los pasajeros que viajen a los países incluidos en el tour. RUAJ MINISTRY tampoco es responsable por el ejercicio de la soberanía nacional de un país en la denegación, prohibición o rechazo de entrada de pasajeros por parte de las autoridades de inmigración, aduanas u otras autoridades de los países de destino. Los boletos de transporte emitidos por compañías aéreas, marítimas o terrestres, una vez emitidos, constituirán el único contrato entre dichas compañías y el pasajero. RUAJ MINISTRY no será responsable por ningún acto, omisión o evento ocurrido durante el viaje relacionado con el transporte aéreo, terrestre o marítimo que esté fuera del control del organizador del tour.
Cualquier litigio relacionado con este tour deberá presentarse en el estado de Ohio. Cualquier modificación a la cláusula de responsabilidad solo podrá realizarse por escrito y deberá estar firmada por un funcionario autorizado de RUAJ MINISTRY. Los depósitos pagados por los participantes del tour constituyen la aceptación de los términos y condiciones establecidos anteriormente.
Nuestro mundo se encuentra en un estado de cambio continuo, y algunos de estos cambios pueden obligar a RUAJ MINISTRY a modificar las fechas, itinerarios, detalles del programa y/o precios de algunos viajes incluidos en el tour mencionado anteriormente, sin previo aviso ni autorización del viajero. Cuando dichos cambios sean necesarios y razonables para completar el tour, RUAJ MINISTRY no será responsable por dichas modificaciones.
